Ingvild Skarpås Aannerud

Ingvild Skarpås Aannerud is a licensed osteopath, educated at the Norwegian University of Health Sciences in Oslo. For over ten years she has delved into ailments that can arise through different phases of a woman's cycle and life course. She is also a breastfeeding counselor, and offers preparatory classes in breastfeeding, maternity and childbirth, always with a warm and supportive look at the new everyday life that awaits.

Ingvild has a strong commitment to pregnant and postpartum women, and to women and men who experience pelvic floor problems such as leakage, pain or erectile dysfunction. As part of the competence center for women's health, she works closely with gynecologists, urologists, sexologists and psychologists to help patients with pain problems and pelvic floor dysfunction, which can cause challenges such as urination problems, prolapse and bladder pain.

She also has specialized expertise in follow-up after robotic surgery, with guided physical rehabilitation and counseling on sexual aids. This work requires both precision and understanding, and Ingvild places great emphasis on meeting patients with confidence, clarity, and good information throughout the entire process.

As part of CMedical's interdisciplinary team, she follows both women and men before and after surgery, contributing to a holistic process where patients are seen, understood and well cared for.
