About Ingvild

Ingvild is a licensed osteopath, trained at the Norwegian School of Health Sciences in Oslo. For the past 8 years, she has devoted her time to delving into and further educating herself on women's health-related issues that occur in various chapters of a monthly or life cycle. Ingvild is also a breastfeeding counselor and can assist with breastfeeding, postpartum, and childbirth preparation sessions or courses.

She has a particular commitment to pregnant and postpartum women, as well as women and men with pelvic issues. Ingvild is part of the vulva clinic and collaborates closely with gynecologists, urologists, sexologists, and psychologists on pain issues or pelvic floor dysfunction that may lead to:
* Urinary problems
* Prolapse issues
* Pain around the bladder

Ingvild is part of the interdisciplinary team and also provides follow-up care for women and men before and after surgery at C-Medical.

Together with colleague Mona Valstad Elsness, she hosts the women's health podcast "Engler & Hormoner" (Angels & Hormones).
