Ingvild Skarpås Aannerud

Ingvild Skarpås Aannerud is a licensed osteopath, educated at the Norwegian College of Health Sciences in Oslo. For more than ten years, she has specialized in conditions that can arise throughout the different phases of a woman’s cycle and life. She is also a breastfeeding counselor, offering preparatory sessions for breastfeeding, the postpartum period, and birth, always with a warm and supportive approach to the new chapter ahead.

Ingvild is deeply committed to supporting pregnant and postpartum women, as well as women and men experiencing pelvic health concerns such as leakage, pain, or erectile dysfunction. As part of the Women’s Health Competence Center, she works closely with gynecologists, urologists, sexologists, and psychologists to assist patients with pain conditions and pelvic floor dysfunction, including issues such as urinary problems, prolapse, and bladder discomfort.

She also has specialized expertise in follow-up care after robotic surgery, providing guided physical rehabilitation and advice on sexual health aids. This work requires both precision and understanding, and Ingvild places great emphasis on meeting patients with clarity, safety, and good communication throughout the process.

As part of CMedical’s interdisciplinary team, she supports both women and men before and after surgery, contributing to a well-coordinated care pathway where patients feel seen, understood, and well looked after.
