About Mari
Mari Borge Eskerud is a clinical nutritionist specializing in IBS and the low-FODMAP diet. She previously worked at Lovisenberg Diaconal Hospital, where she helped patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) through evidence-based dietary guidance. Mari is certified in the low-FODMAP diet by Monash University and is committed to providing her patients with knowledge-based and individually tailored treatment.
In addition to her specialization in gastrointestinal health, she has particular expertise in nutrition related to fertility, menopause, polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS) and pregnancy. She also works with general nutritional guidance for good health and well-being.
Mari is co-author of the book «Sunn og frisk med sensitiv mage» (Healthy and Well with a Sensitive Stomach – A Complete Guide to Diet and Coping, 2018), together with Cecilie Hauge Ågotnes.
