With extensive surgical experience from renowned institutions such as Ullevål Hospital, Ahus, and Diakonhjemmet Hospital, she currently serves as a senior consultant at Bærum Hospital. She has been practicing medicine since 2001. Dr. Bale is highly proficient in all types of hernia treatment, having performed numerous laparoscopic (keyhole) and open procedures.
