About Marthe
Marthe Hagen is a psychologist with a special focus and commitment to women's health. She has broad experience from specialist health services (DPS and TSB) and from private practice.
Marthe offers talk therapy for adults across a wide range of issues, including trauma and life stress, anxiety and depression. She can also guide and support the process of living with chronic illness, fatigue, pain conditions and other medical challenges.
As a therapist, Marthe is calm, warm and patient, and she works from a holistic and integrative understanding of mental health and psychological difficulties. She uses elements from cognitive and metacognitive therapy, together with existential and humanistic forms of therapy. Marthe also offers treatment for trauma and anxiety conditions with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Marthe also offers digital consultations, so you can get guidance and follow-up no matter where you are. Whether you prefer flexibility or need a digital solution, she is available to help you.
