Mia Kitter is an authorised osteopath with a Bachelor’s degree in Osteopathy from Kristiania University College. She has also completed further training in osteopathy at the same institution. In addition, she has pursued continuing education within women’s health, including specialised courses in women’s health and endometriosis, and has a particular interest in how musculoskeletal conditions can affect quality of life at different stages of life.
She has good experience with manual treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal complaints. She is committed to seeing the patient as a whole person and tailors treatment to each individual’s needs, goals and daily life. With a background in health, exercise and instruction, she has broad experience in movement, prevention and functional rehabilitation.
Through her work, she meets patients with a wide range of pain conditions and functional challenges, and places great emphasis on safe follow-up, clear communication and accessible guidance throughout the treatment process. Her goal is to help patients improve function, reduce pain and feel more confident in their everyday activities.
As part of the multidisciplinary team at CMedical, she collaborates closely with other specialists to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care. This approach provides a strong foundation for addressing complex conditions with both professional expertise and individualised treatment.
