    About Maria

    Maria Thompson Clausen is a licensed clinical nutritionist educated at the University of Oslo, with further specialization in bulimia and binge eating disorder from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. She has also pursued in-depth studies in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and has extensive experience with complex issues related to nutrition and health.

    For the past six years, Maria has worked as a nutrition and fitness advisor, supporting individuals through lifestyle changes, overweight and obesity management, eating disorders such as bulimia and binge eating disorder (BED), as well as underweight and nutritional deficiencies. She takes a holistic approach to health, recognizing the connection between physical and mental well-being.

    You do not need a referral to book an appointment with us. You can easily book directly via our website or call us. If you have a referral from your GP, please bring it with you to the consultation.

    We offer short waiting times. Most people get an appointment within 1-3 days, depending on the type of treatment and availability.

    Our specialists can write a sick note if there is a medical basis for it. This is assessed individually during the consultation.
