About Trond
Trond Jørgensen is a surgeon and urologist with extensive research experience, including several published international articles and a PhD in prostate cancer. He previously served as a consultant at Oslo University Hospital, Department of Urology. For the past 16 years, he has practiced as a private urologist, with special expertise in urological surgery and the investigation of prostate cancer. Each year, he performs several hundred sterilizations and phimosis operations.
Trond Jørgensen has authored or participated in several international research articles published in renowned journals, including the American Association for Cancer Research, European Urology and the British Journal of Cancer. His doctoral thesis, "Prognostic Factors in Metastatic Prostate Cancer", was based on extensive studies conducted under the auspices of The Scandinavian Prostatic Cancer Group (SPCG-2).
