Ragnhild completed her medical training at the University of Oslo (2004) and received her doctorate (Ph.D.) in 2016. She has gained extensive clinical and surgical expertise through years of serving as a senior consultant, department head, and researcher at Oslo University Hospital (Ullevål) and Ringerike Hospital. Working at Norway's primary trauma center and emergency clinic, she has broad experience in managing acute conditions ranging from hip fractures to complex shoulder trauma.
