    CMedical kjøper Livio Oslo

CMedical further invests in women's health and fertility treatment, and acquires Livio Oslo, the country's first private fertility clinic and the first clinic with its own egg and sperm bank, at Majorstua in Oslo.

CMedical is the Nordic region's leading private player in women's health. With Livio Oslo's long experience and strong position in Norway, CMedical will now become an even bigger player in the Norwegian market for fertility treatments. In addition, we will now be able to offer both sperm and egg donation from Norwegian donors.

    - Women's health and fertility treatment has been a stated focus area for CMedical since 2022 and we see great potential for growth. From June 2025, we will have greater capacity and the opportunity to help far more people achieve their dream of having children, says Anne Flo, CEO of CMedical Norway.
    - We are excited that it is CMedical that is buying up the Norwegian part of Livio, so that the offer will be well taken care of in the future. The patients we have today will not notice the changes, says Anna-Carin Standberg, CEO Livio Group.

Until then, CMedical and Livio Oslo will continue as separate companies. The acquisition will have no practical significance for the patients' ongoing course of treatment.

Unique offer for fertility patients in Norway

CMedical is the first clinic in the Nordics with fertility treatment and surgery - including robotic surgery - gathered in one place. Livio Oslo complements today's offer by being able to offer sperm and egg donation from Norwegian donors.

    - More and more couples are having difficulty conceiving children without help and our fertility services are in high demand. With Livio Oslo's top team and long experience, we will be even better equipped to solve the many challenges involuntarily childless people face, says Madeleine Engen, co-founder and specialist gynecologist at CMedical.
