About Mona

Mona is a qualified osteopath, physiotherapist, and personal trainer with studies in sports science. She has extensive experience and expertise in pelvic floor disorders in women. Mona also has experience as a personal trainer and coach for pregnancy and postpartum exercise. Additionally, she is a yoga instructor.

Since 2009, Mona has had a special focus on further education in women's health. She is an experienced course and lecture facilitator. Furthermore, she co-hosts the podcast "Engler og Hormoner" (Angels and Hormones).
